This portfolio showcases my work as a Junior Architect at Vini & Associates, where I contributed to a diverse range of residential and mixed-use projects. My responsibilities included preparing sales and presentation drawings for mixed-use developments, developing detailed construction drawings, and working on a row house community. I also assisted in designing electrical layouts for residential buildings, conceptual floor plans for a housing project in Jodhpur, India, and contributed to interior design drawings and 3D renderings. This experience reflects my ability to work across various project phases, from concept development to detailed documentation, with a focus on design clarity, technical accuracy, and client-oriented solutions.

Project Type: RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

Description:

This drawing is part of a residential development consisting of four buildings with retail units on the ground floor. It includes detailed construction documentation for one of the residential blocks, covering floor plans, sections, elevations, and electrical layouts. The drawings were developed from the column grid stage to fully coordinated technical sheets for on-site execution.

Description:

This project features a series of G+3 single-family row houses designed for compact urban living. Each unit is planned with efficient spatial organization, private terraces, and dedicated service areas. I contributed to the development of detailed construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and service layouts, ensuring design consistency and buildability across all units.

Description:

This project involved the conceptual planning of a residential complex in Jodhpur, comprising a mix of 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK units. Multiple floor plan iterations were explored to optimize spatial efficiency based on carpet area constraints and local housing standards. I participated in early-stage design studies, helping develop and refine layout options to support future planning and client approval.
